HKW was selected during property acquisition to create a comprehensive land use plan which includes traffic studies, zoning recommendations, and environmental considerations. We also provided coordination between consultants and the city. With nearly 600 acres of property, Celebrate Alabama is slated to include an amphitheatre, a regional entertainment district, proposed drive-in movie theatre, retail spaces, multi-family housing, an RV park, over 6 miles of nature trails, and multiple lakes.
