HKW was commissioned to provide the interior design for Colonial Bank's new regional headquarters in suburban Birmingham, AL. Extensive programming exercises with the client resulted in a more efficient and friendlier environment for both Colonial Bank and its customers. Special attention was given to millwork, adding warmth to the public spaces. HKW provided a number of specialty design services for this project, including signage design, furniture selection, lighting design, accessory selection, interior plant coordination, and artwork selection.
